Players then drag their colored chips onto the stakeholder sectors they choose.

How to play (4 players, same screen)
  1. Edit player names and the four editable sector labels if needed.
  2. Click Generate Scenario. Read the Title, Twist, and Key Question together.
  3. Each player drags their colored chips onto the stakeholder sector(s) they believe should be engaged first / most.
  4. Discuss and explain your choices (why those sectors?).
  5. Click Reveal Suggested to see the recommended sectors for the scenario.
  6. Clear the board and generate the next scenario. Optional: upload your own Excel of scenarios (columns: Scenario Title, The Twist, Key Question, Sectors Most Likely Needed).
