Until then the game works in local-only mode (same as V1).

How to play (real-time)
Facilitator clicks “Create New Session”, then shares the link or room code.
Other players open the link (or type the code and click Enter Session).
Only the facilitator can Generate Scenario, Reveal Suggested, and Clear Board.
Anyone can drag any chip and edit names / sector labels — everything syncs live.
When the last person leaves, the session disappears.
