PH CSOs host 9th South-South learning event by DRRNetPhils | Posted on June 26, 2022December 18, 2022 ECOSYSTEMS APPROACH TO DISASTER RISKS & CLIMATE CHANGE. The 9th South-South Citizenry-Based Development Academy (SSCBDA) was held in the province of Zamboanga del Norte on Jun 20-24, 2022, attended by some 250 organizations, private groups, academe, LGUs, government agencies, and members of the press.
